Do I need any special equipment to participate?

To participate in online Yoga classes, you'll need a Yoga mat and comfortable clothes. Depending on your practice, props such as Yoga blocks, bolsters, or even household items like books or rolled-up towels can enhance your experience. Yoga is accessible and adaptable to your individual needs.

Can beginners take online Yoga classes?

Absolutely! Our online Yoga classes are beginner-friendly and designed to accommodate all levels. In individual sessions, I will tailor the class to your experience and needs. For group classes, I provide variations for all levels so everyone can practice at their own pace. Remember, resting is always an option — this is your journey.

What is a holistic approach?

The holistic approach in Yoga goes beyond just physical postures (asanas); it embraces a comprehensive practice that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. By incorporating breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection, a holistic Yoga journey fosters balance, self-awareness, and inner peace. This well-rounded approach ensures that every aspect of your well-being is addressed, creating a deeper connection within yourself. With countless options for self-care and personal growth, the answer remains simple: Yoga.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga, often referred to as the Yoga of surrender (Yin = receptive, feminine energy), is a slow-paced practice that focuses on deep, long-held postures to target the connective tissue, fascia, and joints. This practice invites you to soften, release tension, and cultivate stillness. It offers a safe space for profound relaxation and inner peace while enhancing flexibility and energy flow.

What do I need to join a live class?

To join a live Yoga session, you’ll need an email address to schedule your class and receive a Zoom link. You’ll also need a computer or smartphone with internet access. A quiet space for your Yoga mat is ideal. While turning on your camera is optional, it can help me provide adjustments to ensure proper alignment and support.

How do I set up my camera during a live session?

For the best experience, feel free to join with your camera on so I can assist with alignment and offer real-time corrections. However, if you're more comfortable practicing without a camera, that’s perfectly fine — the choice is yours.
