Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a traditional and foundational practice that emphasizes alignment, mindful movement (asana), and conscious breathwork (Pranayama). This holistic approach strengthens both body and soul, creating a harmonious balance between physical strength and mental clarity. In Hatha Yoga, we work with the flow of prana (life force energy) to cultivate inner peace and vitality.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga, often referred to as the Yoga of surrender (Yin = receptive, feminine energy), is a slow-paced practice that focuses on deep, long-held postures to target the connective tissue, fascia, and joints. This practice invites you to soften, release tension, and cultivate stillness. It offers a safe space for profound relaxation and inner peace while enhancing flexibility and energy flow.
Flow into Surrender
Flow into Surrender combines the powerful elements of Hatha and Yin Yoga to create the perfect balance of Yin and Yang energies. This practice harmonizes strength with surrender, masculine with feminine, and doership with acceptance. It’s a beautiful way to cultivate both physical power and mental stillness as you move through dynamic asana sequences and restorative poses.
Magic26
Magic26 is a Bikram-inspired Yoga class that includes the signature 26 postures designed to challenge both the body and mind. With each posture, you’ll be encouraged to stay present, push your limits, and confront the mental blocks that arise. This practice strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and cultivates mindfulness. The intensity of Magic26 is ideal for those seeking both a physical challenge and mental clarity.
Individual Yoga Classes
Our individual Yoga classes are designed for personalized, one-on-one attention. Whether you're new to Yoga or have an established practice, these sessions allow you to work at your own pace, focusing on your unique goals. I will tailor each session to meet your specific physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, offering guidance and adjustments for a deeply transformative experience.
Group Yoga Classes
In our small group Yoga classes (maximum 10 participants), you’ll experience the benefits of community while enjoying an intimate and supportive environment. These sessions encourage connection, vulnerability, and shared growth as we explore Yoga in a safe and welcoming space.
In a Personalized Focus class, we dive deep into the areas you wish to work on—whether that be a physical posture, emotional release, or specific intention. With a tailored approach, these sessions address your personal needs and help you progress at your own pace.
Meditation & Discussion

Meditation and mindfulness practices are integral parts of a well-rounded Yoga journey. Choose from 30-minute or 60-minute meditation sessions, where we explore Yoga Nidra (the yogic sleep), visualization, and energy alignment techniques. These practices enhance mental clarity, emotional wellness, and deep relaxation, helping you cultivate a serene and focused mind.
All of my classes are held online via Zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world. If we happen to be in the same place at the same time, I’d love to offer in-person Yoga classes.
